Only been here once, so please forgive any oversight. I just needed some malt and flour, so I'm not a typical customer. But for a home brewer this has to be a dream store. It's well stocked, spotless and the guy (sorry, didn't catch your name) who helped me knows the business/pastime/hobby of brewing. Not just punching the clock. My problem was choosing the malt extract: "No problem, just pick the lightest." They were a little low on whole wheat berry varieties, but I didn't need anything special. Making me think that I should invest in a mill. They had 00 flour, too.! Completely unexpected. For brewers, the encyclopedic stock of malted grains and yeast, along with brewing apparatus must make this a popular destination. Prices seem reasonable, but I just don't spend much time in this commercial niche. Contactless payment. Don't know if they take cash.
